  • Do you have items in stock?
    Because our cabinets are built to fit your order in most cases, we do not carry items stock. This ensures you get brand-new custom items that fit your specifications. Lead times as a rule run as follows industry-wide: One week: The lower tiered items. Five-seven weeks: The middle tiered items. Eight weeks: For the high-end tiered items.     You can reach us by these means below. We do FREE estimates for you to help you not only get the items perfect for your project, but also to love the process.   • Material & Construction Quality: "Can you explain the materials used in these cabinets and the construction methods?
    We do all plywood construction and never use particle board.
  • Customization & Dimensions: "Do you offer custom size options or modifications? Can you accommodate specific dimensions or features such as pull-out shelves, spice racks, or soft-close hinges?"
    All our cabinets are soft-close. From mid-range to High-End, you can get custom sizes, spice racks, and other amenities.
  • Warranty & Durability: "What kind of warranty do you provide on these cabinets? Can you provide information on their expected lifespan and any maintenance they might require over the years?"

  • Finish & Hardware Options: "Can I see samples of the finishes available? Do these cabinets come with hardware, or is that sold separately? If so, can I see the available hardware options?"

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Installation & Delivery: "Do you offer installation services, and if so, what's the cost? What's the lead time from order to delivery, and how do you handle any damages or issues during transportation?"
